‘Left Behind’ Movie Review

Left Behind

Left Behind is a series of 12 best-selling novels by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins, dealing with Christian dispensationalist End Times: pretribulation, premillennial, Christian eschatological viewpoint of the end of the world.

Unfortunately, the depiction of the books to the big screen in this film is not a good one. There are good biblical principles throughout the movie yet overall the movie is cheesy and not well done. This could have been a cable television movie release.

‘Gone Girl’ Movie Review

Gone Girl banner

‘Gone Girl’ “literally” is what this film is about (you’ll know what I’m talking about when you see it and/or if you haven’t read the Best Seller book of the same name). Wow, I wasn’t expecting a couple of twists (I didn’t read the book) in this well written script that displays great acting across the board. It’s long… 2 1/2 hours yet the journey is worth it. I think it’s this Millennium’s ‘Fatal Attraction’.
