‘The Legend of Tarzan’ Movie Review

Wow, what an epic retake on a classic! I really enjoyed the storyline of Tarzan living as an ape and when he learned to live as a human and ultimately how both parts of his life make him who he is today. I saw it in IMAX 3D and it was a beautiful and spectacular presentation. I expect that sequels will come as this film was done very well. BTW, Alexander Skarsgård is a real hottie as Tarzan! IJS, lol.

‘The Purge: Election Year’ Movie Review

Well the 3rd installment in this franchise doesn’t disappoint. Lots of humor and more of what we’ve grown to expect when Purge day starts. Dante Bishop who survived in both of the other films returns but does he survive this one? This is one of a couple of horror films that I continue to watch so if you’re very sensitive to gory scenes then you will want to skip this one.

‘The BFG’ Movie Review

What a great update to the 1989 animated movie. This film is directed by Steven Spielberg and it’s a beautiful big screen production for all to enjoy. I saw it in 3D and it’s worth it. Humor and very family friendly.
