‘Father Figures’ Movie Review

Fraternal male twins seek to find their father after their mom refuses to tell them who fathered them. It’s a comical journey of each man they find as they begin to hope that “he’s” the one. Becoming a parent is sometimes born from the heart. The storyline could have been funnier yet there are some laughs.

‘Downsizing’ Movie Review

I really had low expectations going in yet I enjoyed this 2 hour movie like it was two different movies. The first hour was more humorous; the second hour hits on a serious issue (preserving this Earth and humanity) and love. I enjoyed the performance of the character, Ngoc Lan Tran.

‘Pitch Perfect 3’ Movie Review

We have round 3 of our favorite Bellas. They’re all grown up and still have the chemistry, voices and humor. A few new ladies have joined and sport the same beautiful vices. For whatever reason, action scenes were brought in yet they were not needed. I feel if they stick to the original premise of this franchise, the Bellas will hit the big screen till infinity, LOL.

‘The Shape of Water’ Movie Review

Although the genre is not identified as sci-fi that’s what I would label it.  This is of course an odd pairing…an water monster and a mute cleaning lady.  Well, loves blossoms between the two yet there’s a hunter who wants the monster under his control.  There’s  a little humor along the way.
