This is a funny and quirky homage to die-hard Beetles new and young at heart fans. Who’d think the Beetles could not be found on Google and someone with a great voice could claim the lyrics and music? Worth checking out.

I wanted to love this movie but I couldn’t. The action scenes are fast paced and full of energy yet the storyline is all over the place and made no sense. There’s a lost of double crossing to the very end.

‘Emanuel’ Movie Review

Well, it was expected to be an emotionally raw documentary of the massacre at Emanuel Church when 9 people were killed for no reason but the ignorance of a black hearted individual. The accounts of those who lost their lives on June 17, 2015 is a tear jerker. It was a limited edition run in selected theatres yet maybe it will get a additional dates.

Shaft

Yes, this is another remake yet it’s a good one. The laughs, action scenes and nostalgia of the old school movies make this a Summertime popcorn movie to check out. The soundtrack is pretty good as well with song, “Love Over and Over Again” by Switch that’s new to me yet an old school hit.

Of course, the premise is from the original and popular MIB franchise. To me, it’s funny enough (Chris & Tessa obviously have great chemistry from Thor and The Avengers) with enough futuristic action scenes. Fun popcorn Summer movie. I saw it in Dolby.
