‘The Harder They Fall’ Movie Review

So, revenge is the plot in this 1800’s “black cowboys” film. There are good outlaws and bad outlaws…choosing your side based on the star studded ensemble cast is hard. Some scenes are definitely gory yet there are some good shoot em’ up bang-bang moments. I will say this, the music throughout is definitely Urban and to me, a bit weird, lol. It ends with a set-up for a sequel. On Netflix on November 3rd.

‘The Last Duel’ Movie Review

Based on a true story, a wife accuses a man of violating her and her husband challenges him to a duel that the entire town chooses their side. A grueling battle scene. It ends in my opinion showing who told the truth.

‘Halloween Kills’ Movie Review

So, horror films are totally NOT my genre yet I saw this reprisal of franchise 2 years ago and it wasn’t too bad, lol. Somehow I meshed Jason and Michael Myers together and have been calling this film, Friday the 13th, LOL. This 2nd installment is VERY gory and not enough content of Jamie Lee Curtis and common sense (they could have chopped him up or at least his limbs to immobilize him, IJS). Now we wait for the 3rd and final film in this trilogy, lol.

‘No Time to Die’ Movie Review

Overall I really enjoyed the movie with all the great action scenes that 007 movies entertain us with, especially those that Daniel Craig has been in. The storyline needed more development yet I enjoyed it. No end credit scene after this franchise closure as it ended in an untraditional closure. There was a post that said James Bond will return…after the new casting.

‘The Many Saints of Newark’ Movie Review

I never watched The Sopranos and fans of that show probably appreciate this prequel movie; I found it to be a violent mafia movie, which is a genre I usually like.

‘The Protege’ Movie Review

I saw this high energy shoot-em-up bang bang movie weeks ago (now available to own) and it definitely held my attention. The storyline is a bit racy with a set up towards a sequel.

‘Venom Let There Be Carnage’ Movie Review

So, I’m a BIG Marvel movie fan yet this franchise (both films) is the weakest link to me in the MCU world, ijs. Venom’s loud voice is creepy yet has these comical lines is a bit disturbing to me because I can’t understand what he’s saying some of the time (reminds me of Tom Hardy’s voice in ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ as Bane..yeah, I remember). Seeing it in IMAX is best for the big scenes and yes there is 1 (one) end credit scene that goes into the next Spiderman movie and I’m sure the 3rd installment of Venom. If you’re a Michigander, the Mumford High School t=shirt sticks out as Tom is a fan of ‘Beverly Hills Cop’ films and pays homage; he also has on a Detroit Lions jacket. #venom #marvel #spiderman
