‘Black Widow’ Movie Review

There’s nothing like a Marvel film! Yes, I was so happy to see my favorite franchise of super hero movies back on the big screen, although it’s a prequel (we secretly know they’re going to bring her back right? The action, the comedy and storyline are all in place for a great movie going experience, especially in IMAX and Dolby (saw it twice in each format). Girl power at it’s best. Yes, there’s an end credit scene that leads up the the Hawkeye Disney Plus series.

‘Extraction’ Netflix Movie Review

Extraction

If you’ve been missing some great action scenes since the pandemic started and closed theatres temporarily, then this Netflix film is one to watch. Thor, ahem, Chris Hemsworth is back on the screen as a mercenary to save a kidnapped after being on hiatus since his own son died. Worth checking out. About a third of the film is subtitled…the gory action holds your attention.

‘Hellboy’ Movie Review

I saw the last Hellboy movie yet I don’t remember much nor have I read the comics. This movie is quite gory yet entertaining with the humor and action scenes. I saw it in Dolby.

‘Suicide Squad’ Movie Review

Since advance screening reviews started coming out, I’ve read about not so favorable reviews. I’m not a fan of DC comics but I have seen all of the movies. I totally enjoyed the movie from my stand point. It’s an enjoyable summer time popcorn movie. I thought the character build-up was good. I saw it in IMAX 3D and it was great. There’s one end credit scene that build to the Justice League movie. No need to stay until the screen turns black because there isn’t another scene (I waited).
