“Fast X” Movie Review

So, I love this franchise! The last couple or so were definitely cheesy yet still hold the components that drew me in as a fan. I saw in Thursday evening in Super E-Max format and today in I-MAX. I always enjoy the ride and was quite entertained seeing so many old faces pop up at the end of the movie and especially in the one end credit scene. Pop corn movie and yes I’m still in.

‘Dune’ Movie Review

I really do love sci-fi and adventure type movies, yet this depiction of the books (which I haven’t read) was quite delightful to “see” with the great action scenes and scenery yet the storyline was hard to follow probably because there wasn’t one (to me).

‘Aquaman’ Movie Review

This is probably the most visually stunning DC Comics movie to date. I saw it in IMAX and everything was stunning. The storyline is easy to follow yet not very engaging. Yes, there is 1 end credit scene about mid-way through.

‘Braven’ Movie Review

This is a decent movie that could have ben released on television yet anything Jason Momoa is in is a “go” for me.  Jason portrays a logger, Joe Braven who has to defend his family from a group of dangerous men trying to retrieve drugs they stashed away. Joe is also dealing with the failing health of his dad.

‘Justice League’ Movie Review

I think this franchise is finally getting it together especially since the blockbuster ‘Wonder Woman’ was released this year. There’s lots of action scenes including the usual faves…Batman, SPOILER: Superman, and Wonder Woman and the new additions to the franchise. Humor and a decent storyline make this movie a success. I saw it in IMAX and it was great; I plan to see it again in 3D. There are TWO end of credit scenes so don’t leave until the screen turns black (just like the other superhero franchise, lol).
