Well, this film wasn’t what I thought it would be. You will either like or dislike Kristen’s depiction of Princess Diana, and I thought it was corny. There’s humor and it shows not known things about her personality.

Much to my surprise, I enjoyed this reboot! I really didn’t think this new trio would have chemistry nor did I think the storyline would be engaging since only Stewart being the only known Angel. Decent action and humor. I liked the homage to the television angels and the last big screen trio (Barrymore, Liu and Diaz). There are 2 end of movie credit scenes so don’t rush off.

Loosely based on true story of Lizzie Borden who was assumed to have murdered her father and step mother. The trial of the murders was inconclusive yet Lizzie was always suspected by the community. The movie and the true story differ with the movie definitely being slow.

The storyline resolves around a medium who had a twin brother that was the same. A ghost and/or ghosts are summoned by her, although she’s afraid when they manifest. Her daytime job is a personal shopper for a wealthy woman. Strange movie.

I didn’t have much expectation for this movie (storyline and acting) yet I was pleasantly surprised that I kinda liked it, lol. Sort of a superhero type movie yet the hero is a stoner, lol. Zany storyline yet it held my attention.
