‘The Batman’ Movie Review

I had heard only blah-blah reviews, yet I was entertained even with there being a plethora of Batman movies. I thought Pattinson owned the character as did Zoe. Long movie yet again it was decent. I viewed it in IMAX and play to see it in Dolby. Now, the end credit scene is not worth staying for and proves why Marvel gets the comic book movies right and DC usually does not, smh, SPOILER: the screen will just say goodbye!

P.S. I went to see #TheBatman again tonight (Friday) in Dolby (great experience as well); I will now say that I enjoy Pattinson at the Batman (not so much as Bruce Wayne)! He does a great job and has good chemistry with Zoe (Cat Woman). The action scenes are good; the end credit scene is still sucky, IJS. I have upgraded my stars from 3.5 to 4 (probably should be 4.5 but I’m a Marvel fan 😉

the lighthouse movie

Cinematography wise it’s beautiful; everything else is twisted nor worth the time.

‘Good Time’ Movie Review

Good Time banner

In my opinion, this is Robert Pattinson’s BEST film ever.  His acting, voice, and appearance are not what I’m used to seeing and it was all good.  The film is a hurried bank robbery and almost everything going wrong after that.

‘The Lost City of Z’ Movie Review

The Lost City of Z

Based on a true story which I had never read about we find an explorer who is convinced that a City of humans exists deep in the jungle in the Amazon. The movie is slow yet the story is interesting. No one knows if the City was found as the explorer, his son and another man disappeared in the 1920’s. Over 100 people were sent to find/rescue them but they were never found.

‘The Rover’ Movie Review

The Rover

What a dark movie from the beginning to the end, literally! I did appreciate seeing a different acting side of Robert Pattinson. He totally lost his accent to depict a southern red neck accent (no offense intended) although the characters are in the Australian outback. The storyline is a bit slow and not deep; basically about a soldier getting revenge. There are several gory scenes.
