‘True to the Game 2’ Movie Review

This sequel picks up months after the lead character is taken down. His love interest Gena starts her new life only to learn that old associations are following her with a ghost protecting her. This film needed a few more minutes to tie things up yet I’m sure part 3 is coming, and hopefully soon. There’s one end credit scene.

‘True to the Game’ Movie Review

True to the Game poster

This movie is about a big time drug lord who has made a lot of money…meets the woman of his dreams and finally wants to settle down to a normal life. Overall, it’s a decent storyline and it kept my attention. A couple slow/not well acted scenes. Predictable yet it ended with a little twist.

‘Independence Day: Resurgence’ Movie Review

The twenty year wait for a sequel has finally arrived and is it worth it? I thought the storyline was just okay. The movie is visually stunning especially in IMAX 3D as I saw it in. It was nice to see the character favorites back on the screen but not all of them survive this sequel. It’s a summertime popcorn movie. There’s a hint of a sequel in the storyline yet no end credit scene. I’m sure the sequel depends on ticket sales opening weekend.
