‘Florence Foster Jenkins’ Movie Review

Based on a true story, Meryl gives a great performance of a woman who wanted to be an opera singer yet can’t sing a note in a key that anyone would want to hear. Although, a horrible singer it’s hard to not feel sorry for her and want her to win yet singing is not where her talent is. Lots of humor. Vocals of the real Florence are played at the end of the movie and you can compare to Meryl and hear how similar they are.

‘Sausage Party’ Movie Review

Sausage Party banner

This is definitely NOT for children. What else should one expect in a Seth Rogen and gang film? This crew usually produces a film each year and raunchy is what should be expected yet this time is food in a grocery store. Very funny scenes yet quite sexual with words and an all out food orgy, literally. This film is not for most people.

‘Pete’s Dragon’ Movie Review

This classic is back on the big screen and what a great film for the family to see together. Although there’s no animation in this film the presence of the dragon is as real as it gets. The young at heart will enjoy this film.
