‘Once Upon a Deadpool’ Movie Review

EEOnce Upon banner

Essentially, this is the same movie released earlier this year in May with the exception of it now being PG-13 so a younger audience can now “officially” view it.  This edition has Deadpool narrating of sorts the storyline to Fred Savage.  There are a few end-credit scenes (I only remember the normal 2 in May) with the last one being about Stan Lee…stay until the screen goes black.

‘A Private War’ Movie Review

A Private War banner

Based on the true story of Marie Colvin, a well known journalist that traveled the world to give a view and a voice to the viewless and voiceless regarding global wars and unrest in those respective countries. Marie seemed to be addicted to the frontline of war and ultimately that passion ended her life. Some good acting yet a bit slow.

‘Green Book’ Movie Review

Based on a true story (don’t forget to hand around for a moment when the movie ends) of a working relationship that turned into a friendship.  Very well acted and I expect award nominations and wins.

‘Ralph Breaks the Internet’ Movie Review

Wreck it Ralph 2 banner

This is a wonderful sequel to this franchise.  Quite clever with them escaping the video game in the arcade to discovering the internet.  There are two end credit scenes…stay until the screen turns black; there’s a “maybe” teaser #Frozen2 trailer, lol. The scenes with the princesses, are funny.  I saw it in Super EMax.  Hopefully, I’ll catch it in 3D as well.

‘The Front Runner’ Movie Review

This was definitely a time when an affair would stunt a campaign,  Gary Hart’s presidential campaign ended in1998 because of an affair.

‘Creed II’ Movie Review

Creed 2 banner

This follow up to the hit a few years ago is different yet I liked it. Creed has matured as a man and his love and passion of boxing has brought him a championship. This one is more of a love story and it’s sexy and I liked it, lol.

‘Robin Hood 2018’ Movie Review

Robin Hood banner

This is a (somewhat) new school version of the infamous character Robin Hood with Jamie Foxx’ character portraying his soon to be buddy. Jamie’s accent is funny yet I enjoyed all of the characters and their cheesiness, lol. Lots of action and it must be showing at some theatre in 3D because of the action scenes. I viewed it in a regular format. It’s a Holiday popcorn movie.
